The room is available for single use, no overnight guests. I have my own bathroom so the one in the picture would be yours alone. Will add a bed unless you want to bring your own.
I am looking to rent for up to 6 months.
It's a very quiet house and would fit someone of similar nature.
I work from home and have a kitty boy , he is very friendly and cute :)
The location is quite good, you have Aldi and Morrisons within 15mins walk and the train station same distance.
The rent is inclusive of everything but parking, you can buy an on street parking permit if you want.
