The room is available for single use, no overnight guests. I have my own bathroom so the one in the picture would be yours alone. Will add a bed (small double) unless you want to bring your own.

It's a very quiet house and would fit someone of similar nature. Occasionally I will have friends over during the day and sometimes family will stay overnight but most of the time I see people outside of the home.

A bit about me, I work for an accounting firm and in my spare time I go to church, spend time with friends and family, like hiking, art and many other mini hobbies.

I am looking to share with a female, age doesn't really matter , it's more about lifestyle and habits. Would like to meet for a coffee a few times to get to know each other and see if we could get on first. This is why I'm posting the room so early.

The rent includes all bills, I will clean communal areas so you won't be expected to do that, just clean after yourself. We also have water filters in the house so drinking water and showers are pretty nice :)

15 mins walk to train station, aldi and morrisons also in walking distance .
