1 large double bedroom on very quiet street. The room is on the top floor with a beautiful tree outside. The room has been newly painted and has wonderful old distressed wooden floorboards.

There is some bedroom furniture and a bed could be provided.

You may want to provide some of your own extra kitchen equipment, but there is a shared kettle and toaster etc.

Although no Wi-Fi we all have very good reception and hotspot and can stream with no problems.

Looking for a flatmate who is quiet and considerate of others, including the neighbour below and will respect and care for this amazing property. You should be prepared to clean regularly, including communal areas. Wise Women are Welcome.

I will only be at the flat around 1 weekend a month, so there will usually only be 2 people in the flat.

Council Tax Band C The Rent includes Council Tax but Utility Bills will be extra.

To secure the room you will need to pay the deposit and first month's rent in advance.
