A sunny room with bathroom on same floor. Use of own lounge, washing machine, TV. Wifi.
The room is within a family home and we have a well behaved Labrador who lives in the house.
We consider ourselves fairly relaxed but prefer no loud music.
The house is situated in a quiet close in walking distance of the city, with a good nearby bus service, great for city ,UEA, NNUH. Free on street parking ,no permit necessary.
We are happy to provide bedding and towels and to wash this weekly.
We will consider short let's if it is possible.
