The only other tenants are myself and a lovely cat. If you have your own pet, we need to check if they can get along. Cats would be accepted only if they are trained to their “business” outdoors as house have a cat flap installed.

Included: gas and electricity, water, insurance, spotify, youtube premium. Not included: council.


There is also a spacious secluded terraced garden with a raised bed for herbs, bbq, table.
House is kept very clean and tidy (optional cleaning service can be arranged).

The house has latest tech perks, espresso machine, home cinema, multi-zone sound system, gaming consoles, smart lights and a spacious garden with bbq. There is a lot of storage space not only in the house but also in the garage, EV charging port. There is always free parking space on the street and a council permit is about £33 per year.

The 3rd bedroom was converted to an office room that can be shared too, also has AC.

Train station is 7 minutes walk, city center 15 minutes at most. Driving to UEA is about 15min, or by bus 39min.
