I'll need the house to myself from 5PM Fri to 5PM Sunday weekends as I have my kids weekends. dates fairly fixed.
Your room won't be used at this time though.
Would also be appreciated keeping out the way Weds eves til 8.30PM when I have my kids over for tea.

I'm a laid back but tidy charity worker, into bikes in a big way and being outdoors. Very easy to get along with.
