The house is over 3 floors.
- The ground floor has an entrance hallway with storage. A toilet, well sized kitchen, living/dining room & a well sized & furnished garden with BBQ, Summer House etc.
- The middle floor with 2 bedrooms and a
Bathroom with a bath and shower (with good water pressure!)
- I occupy the top floor which is ensuite

The property is well furnished throughout and lodgers have access to all the shared areas. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking/baking equipment etc. & has a large Fridge Freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a tumble dryer and, in the garden, clothes line and clothes horses available.

Living room has a large widescreen TV and a PS5 with various streaming channels etc. which you'd be welcome to use. The property has superfast broadband throughout.

I also have a monthly cleaner.

About me!


I'm a 38 year old professional. I work in Project Management at Transport for London and work remotely or in London once or twice a week. Interests include (but are not limited to) - Live Music, Festivals, Guitar, Boxing/Martial Arts, Hiking, Cinema etc.

The other housemate (Joe) is 32 and interested in punk / metal music. Live gigs & Beer. He's a Marketing Manager for a local Brewery.

I''m quite social but equally respect my space & the space of others I live with.
