The room offers a kind size bed, a wardrobe along with sizeable additional space in a built in cupboard (as seen in the photos). The property is over three floors and your bedroom will be on the top floor. The house is situated in the heart of the city, a quick 7 minute walk to the station and a 10 minute walk to Prince of Wales Road.

There’s 1 Bathroom that will be shared between the three of us. The kitchen is large and also has plenty of cupboard space.

You’ll be living with two friends. Myself, George who is a live in landlord. Im 27, very clean and work for a Financial Services company in the city. You’ll also be living with a girl, 27 who also works in the city. Neither of us smoke.

No couples please.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, tidy and down to earth. Ideally a professional.
