Single bedroom available in a 4 bed house!

Hello! We are two female/enby students and one male professional looking for someone to move into a single bedroom. The room is small but the rent price reflects that (£305) and there is plenty of storage space outside of the room.

There is one bathroom (with a bath) and a decently sized kitchen with lots of counter space with an electric hob, an airfryer, microwave, and a washing machine. There is no dryer but a nice big garden to dry your clothes in the sun!

Our wifi comes with Netflix. There is also a lounge area with a TV that we like the hang out in. :)

The property is walking distance to town and NUA (15-20 mins) and a 30 min walk to UEA. It is situated between Dereham Road and Earlham Road so lots of beryl stops and bus stops. There are plenty of pubs around this area, and shops (3 min walk to tescos, 20 min to Aldi)

We are two students (one NUA one UEA) and one professional who like to hang out, chat, watch tv together, grab drinks, all that fun stuff!
