The house is close to the city centre with good access by walking or bus. The bus stops are at the end of the drive for access in and out of the city.
There is plenty of space for parking in the driveway.

There is a very large spacious kitchen, with lots of storage space, fridges and work surface for everyone plus a dishwasher.

For relaxing, there is a large barn style sitting room with inglenook fireplace with patio doors leading out to the private and spacious garden.

There are three bathrooms- a large wet room style shower room, a bathroom with bath and shower and a W. C.

There is also a large utility /laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities and stable doors leading to the back garden.

The house has central heating.
There is plenty of private parking in the driveway for everyone and also a large private garden to enjoy.
The house is well situated for the UEA, Norfolk and Norwich hospital and the Research Park.
Down a bridle path it is close to woods, park and river as well and makes a nice bike ride/ walk into Norwich via the old railway line. Also great if you enjoy canoeing/ paddle boarding.
