The flat is a top floor (4th storey) with a balcony. Use of the living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared. All bills are included in monthly rent.
I am a 36 year old single woman, I work full time at the N&N hospital. I have one cat, and I'm open to having another cat or smaller pet join me, but I think a dog would be too much for her.
