Riverside Ensuite w/cat. 5 or 7 day (Female)

Double Ensuite room with designated parking space in three storey house available in Riverside, close to the station.

You'll share communal areas with just me and my sweet natured cat. You can choose 5 day (£550 pcm) or all week (£600 pcm).

Your Room

Front facing with 2 windows on first floor. Fully furnished with large built-in wardrobe. Ensuite with toilet, sink and shower. Bedding and towels provided, and laundered weekly if required.

Shared Spaces

Fully equipped kitchen-dining room, living room with balcony and TV, garden with flowers, veg & herbs.

Location

Quiet street in Riverside. Train station 5 minute walk. City centre 15 minute walk. Direct buses to UEA /NNUH. Restaurants, cinema, shops, gym 2 mins walk away. River walks on the doorstep.

I'm looking for someone who enjoys a tidy, relaxed, low key household. Female mature student or professional preferred.

About Me


I work for a Jewish Relief Agency from home in my top floor office. My working hours vary depending on my projects. Some weeks you might not even see me, and other times, I might be around a little bit more. I'm also a registered boxing judge. I speak English, Hebrew and German.
