A real sanctuary, the house is set back from Angel Road on a pretty green and the room overlooks a lovely big tree. It's really quiet despite being only 20 minutes' walk to town. 2 minutes' walk from Waterloo Park and frequent buses into town take 10-15 minutes. Local shop 2 minutes' walk.

The house is a really peaceful place to be with a cosy green book-filled living room with woodburner and patio doors onto a lovely big sunny private garden. Would suit someone who needs quiet for study or just wants somewhere tranquil and stress-free when they come home from work.

This is not a party house, it will appeal to someone who likes calm. We're looking for someone friendly but independent, considerate, responsible and clean who wants a peaceful no-drama home.
