This is a nice big furnished bedroom with dual aspect windows available in this shared house (working professionals) which is within easy walk to Norwich City Centre and bus routes.
Parking is available on the driveway and on the roadside (no permit needed).
The other housemates are working professionals, very friendly and relaxed and everyone gets on really well.
The House has a seperate lounge, kitchen and dining room with plenty of space and has great access to ringroad / UEA and is close to local shops, Pubs, bus routes etc - it’s a great location !
Rent is inclusive of Council Tax, Virgin TV , Gas, Water, Electric, TV license & Wireless Internet etc, no household bills at all for you to pay. We also have a cleaner to help look after the house.
This is a large house with spacious lounge, Virgin TV, living room and kitchen areas as well as a courtyard to enjoy in the summer months.
