Double Bedroom in NR2 - 26F looking for housemate

Hi, my name is Ella. I am 27, a Nurse (shift work) and I love cooking, reading, boardgames, wild swimming, watching films/tv and exploring new places. In the warmer months, I also play 5 a-side football (poorly) with a group of friends. I enjoy socialising but I also enjoy my personal space to switch off, especially after a hectic few days at work.

I am looking for someone who is able to keep the shared spaces clean and tidy (not obsessively though) and can be respectful of each other. Someone who is comfortable with having a chat, sharing a meal occasionally, or heading down to the local pubs for a pint.

The property is in the NR2 golden triangle area, which is a lovely area of the city, a 15 minute walk into the city centre and on the 21/26 bus route that gets you to the Norfolk and Norwich hospital (NNUH). Plenty of pubs, restaurants and convenience stores close by. I will be looking for a new housemate from the 21st September but could have some flexibility in this.

The house - fully furnished 2 bed, mid terraced house.
Downstairs; living room, dining room, kitchen and shared bathroom with bath/shower. All the rooms are good sized. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, oven and induction hob in the kitchen.
Upstairs - 2 double bedrooms. Your bedroom would be to the rear of the property. Bed, mattress, bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe included if needed.
There is also a good sized garden with a shed that could store a bike. Side access to the garden with a secure gate. Parking is on the street with a permit if required.

The rent is currently £500 each a month and bills average approximately £150-200 each month including water, electric/gas, council tax (grade B) and internet. I am looking for someone to be in the property for at least 6 months, but ideally longer. A deposit would be required, I believe it is £550 but would confirm this with the estate agents.
