I have a very large double room available in my home in Norwich (NR2). The room comes with its own en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, with plenty of extra space to create a little chill area, home office setup, or whatever suits you best.

You’d only be sharing with me, so I’m looking for someone tidy, easygoing, and respectful. Female preferred.

I’d ideally prefer someone in full-time work who enjoys a good balance between social time and their own space.

I’m definitely a social butterfly and love a catch-up or chilled evening, but I also really value my own space when needed too. The flat is big enough that there’s a really good balance of both.

I live upstairs, work full time, and I’m away most weekends.

The room is located on the lower ground floor, so there are no windows in the bedroom itself. I’ve personally lived in the basement room for the last 3 years and really loved having that cosy, private space , I’m only moving upstairs now because I need the extra room for my business 😊

It creates a really calm, peaceful atmosphere and would suit someone who enjoys a darker room to properly relax and switch off.

This is for the room only, but you’ll of course have full use of the living room, kitchen, and garden spaces too xx
