The location has proved ideal for the University of East Anglia, the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital, the Norwich Community Hospital and there is a direct bus route in and out of the centre of Norwich within a two minute walk.
The property is directly opposite an Aldi supermarket, a post office and several other shops including a chemist and fast food outlets.
