The room is approximately 3x4 metres with a king-size bed, almost new furnishings and a 32 inch television, air conditioner and independent heating (controlled by occupant). It is located in a ground floor extension which affords it more privacy than the other 3 bedrooms in the house. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, 2 air fryer ovens, a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The bathroom is downstairs with a shower and shared with myself and my two adult sons as is the kitchen. I am a 57 year old semi retired graduate in the social sciences. My two sons are aged 23 and 20 years old, the first a sports coaching graduate and the second an aspiring Chef.
The room would suit a working person or student with references (I can provide references too if necessary). We also have a 3 year old house cat that doesn't go outside and is cute and aloof in equal measure. Please contact me via email if you have any questions or wish to view the room.
