Room Available near UEA and hospital

Room

The room is approximately 3x4 metres with a king-size bed, almost new furnishings and a 32 inch television, air conditioner and independent heating. It is located in a ground floor extension which affords it more privacy than the other 3 bedrooms in the house. The kitchen is equipped with a double induction hob, 2 air fryer ovens, a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The bathroom is downstairs with a shower over a bath and shared with myself and my two adult sons as is the kitchen. I am a 57 year old semi retired graduate in the social sciences starting a new course of study this year. All bills are included and a cleaner visits every two weeks to clean the communal areas. My two sons are aged 23 and 20 years old, the first a sports coaching graduate and the second a Chef. We also have a 3 year old house cat that doesn't go outside.
