A spacious double room is available in my clean, quiet home in NR3, just a 10-minute walk from Norwich City Centre and 5 minutes from Magdalen Street.

I'm looking for someone who needs a peaceful weekday base, rather than a full-time house share. Ideal for NHS staff, contractors, consultants, university staff or anyone working regularly in Norwich during the week.

Whether you're working in Norwich Monday–Friday, staying a few nights each week, or just need a regular place to stay while working away from home, this could be ideal.

You'll be sharing with just me and two very friendly cats.

The house is clean, quiet and well looked after.

Flexible weekday arrangements are available by agreement, and the room is yours for the duration of your stay, so you're welcome to leave your belongings there between visits.
