We have one housemate moving out so there is a double bedroom available in our house. There is currently me, and 2 other people living in the house. We would like someone that we can get on with and have the occasional moving night with and spend time but we also like to have our own space too.
The bedroom comes with a double bed, wardrobe, small chest of draws, desk and chair. We have a shared kitchen, lounge and bathroom. The toilet is seperate from the bathroom. We also have a spare single bedroom if you would like to use this as an office too. We have a garage where you can store anything you need to. Private drive way for parking. And a huge garden, ideal for summer time.
Bills are not included with the rent. The bills can go up in winter and down in summer but currently the bills are an extra £145 a month, this is for energy, water, council tax, contents insurance, wifi and tv licence. So the total for rent and bills at the moment is £520 a month.
