A flat/apartment in the center of the city with two rooms available. You don’t need to take both rooms. The kitchen is a good size and can comfortably fit two people cooking at the same time. Everyone has their own private cupboard, plus extra storage on pantry shelves and a shelf each in the fridge and freezer.

The lounge is spacious, with two sofas, two bookcases, a couple of TVs, and a fold-away table for dinners. The balcony is accessible from the lounge. The shower and toilet are separate; both have sinks, and the shower includes a small cupboard. The flat is on the second story. The garage is a shed out back.

We’re looking for uni students who want a place to live. While we’d prefer friends who want to take both rooms, we’re also happy with two separate people.

As a flat, we try to keep things tidy and usually watch a movie or two a month together.
