Two student uni rooms to let

Two rooms, double beds, a 10-minute walk from NUA, a good-sized kitchen with the ability to have two people comfortably cooking in there, and a decently sized front room with access to the balcony. The flat also has a separate shower and bathroom, plenty of storage space within the flat, with a shed outside for any bikes and other stuff

We're looking for uni students who need a room for next year, preferably two people for both rooms, but if it's one person looking for a place next year, that's fine as well

As a flat, we try and keep the communal areas of the flat tidy and try and watch either a show or a movie once a week
