Central large double room in a 2 bedroom house. The room is furnished with a comfy kingsize bed and large wardrobe. I will also add a small desk prior to letting.

This is a shared 2 bedroom house with a large living space, brand new kitchen, and courtyard patio. The house has recently been renovated to a very high standard throughout.

The house is in an amazing location. Situated within seconds from Magdalen Street, we have easy access to the shops, cafes, and pubs. The city centre is only 15 minutes walk away. St Saviour's Yard is also on the doorstop.

I'm looking for someone who will fit well into the environment of the house. The house will be shared with a professional man who works in the creative sector. Although I am a live-out landlord, this is still my home and I want someone who is mature, clean and respectful. I've renovated it to a high standard and I'm keen to maintain it as a lovely place to live.

We like to enjoy good food, there is a social atmosphere, we're relaxed and chilled but often busy with work, allotment, pubs, travel, gym, yoga, and enjoying Norwich!
