Large warm double room to let, short term in NR7

We are a couple with an adult son son living at home but the spare room is exactly that...going spare so if you have the following attributes, you are welcome to come and view it:
1. Relatively clean and tidy
2. Working but not working from home
3. Have a good sense of humour
4. You are not a light sleeper (cos 2 of us snore)
5. You don't mind sharing our nice clean bathroom
6. You don't mind on-street parking (of which there is no shortage)
This property is about 25 mons drive away form U. E.A and the hospital and you can walk in to the Norwich city centre in around 30 minutes. There are excellent public transport links and cycle paths too. There is a large Tesco, Sainsbury's Lidl and Aldi all within 5 monutes drive + several corner shops if you work shifts.
There is a mini fridge in the room for milk and other cold drinks and I can provide a TV if needed. The rent includes broadband, council tax and all bills and you are most welcome to use the outdoor space as well in warmer weather.
There is a cleaner coming in alternate weeks who does all the floors downstairs, hoovers hall stairs and landing and she cleans both toilets/bathrooms.
We are not looking for a long term let but if your contract is extended we can discuss extending the lease as needed.
