This is a 5 bedroom HMO and has a large kitchen/ diner for your comfort. There is a main bathroom and a downstairs w/c shared between three people. Two of the five rooms are en-suite. The rooms are fitted with a double bed, bed-side table and wardrobe. There is a spacious garden area and ample roadside parking (no permit needed). The communal areas are cleaned on a fortnightly basis. This home is a short walk to the city centre, but also has excellent transport links to the City Centre and wider outskirts of Norwich.

Your safety is paramount within our properties, with necessary fire doors, alarms and equipment throughout. We also have keypad locks to every room so you can keep your rooms secure for your own privacy. Rest assured that all necessary safety requirements have been met and certification is available to view within the property.

We are experienced landlords and manage all of our properties ourselves. We pride ourselves on offering a 24/7 line to our tenants in case of an emergency. We will also create a group whatsap where you will be able to message us easily should you need to.
