Large room is accessed via front door - tenants use rear entrance in your presence and if you permit, front entrance in your absence. Bills range from £38 in warmer months to around £80 in the peak of winter, so you can plan your budget realistically.

It is situated at a practical and walkable distance from useful places: it’s a 4‑minute walk to the nearest bus stop that takes you to university, 10 minutes to the public library, 6 minutes to Chapelfield Gardens, 6 minutes to Tesco Express.
