Double bedroom to rent

This 6 bedroom house is just off of Unthank Road - 10 min walk from city centre and under 10 mins to local Tesco and Co op down the road. Lots of parks and green spaces in the surrounding area. There's 3 bathrooms in the house, so youll be sharing a bathroom with one other housemate (2 people per bathroom).

There's 1 parking space outside the front of the house and permit parking available on the road.

We currently have 5 female housemates, but will change to 4 female and 1 male housemate when the contract changes from the 2025-2026 agreement to the 2026-2027 agreement on July 1st 2026. Please let me know if you'd like to rent this room until July 1st 2026, or if you'd like to stay until the end of next year's contract too (June 31st 2027). We are a friendly, creative bunch, and are looking for someone who is friendly, tidy, and up for a good film night every week! (Optional of course) We look forward to welcoming you to our house!
