I have an en-suite double room available in a three-bedroom house with a large garden. You will have your own private bathroom, while the kitchen and living room will be shared. The room is for single occupancy only.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, chair, desk, and wardrobe. The house is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The house is located in Millcroft (NR3), a 30-minute walk or a 10-minute drive to the city center. The area is very quiet, and there is a Tesco supermarket and a Co-op nearby. If you have a bicycle, there’s space to store it at the back of the house. Parking is also free.

Rent for the room is £750 per month, which includes ALL utility bills and council tax.

A deposit and references will be required.

I am looking for a tidy, respectful, and clean lodger who will take good care of the space.
