Eaton Park a minute walk, ideal for fresh air and exercising. There are two other rooms lived by student tenants and this property is student house only.

Room one bedrooms have fitted wardrobe and the other Room three has a three door wardrobe. They also include desk and chairs and new quality mattresses.

Rooms are priced individually, Room 1 is the largest in the house at £650 inclusive of bills, capped at £200 total per month total. Council tax not included. Room 3 is large bedroom at £600 per month, inclusive of bills, capped at £200 per month total. Council tax not included.

Garden will be maintained on regular basis.
