Self contained annexe in peaceful cul de sac

I have a self contained annexe apartment coming up for rent this Summer. Private entrance into large sleeping/living area with separate kitchen and shower room leading out into shared south facing wildlife garden with seating, beautiful park right behind the house plus various others close by. Close to local shops, takeaways and pubs, easy access to ring road and public transport routes, approximately 30 mins walk into city centre. I live in the main semi detached house next to the annexe with my 2 sons aged 12 and 18 years, also our friendly and adorable little dog Lily. Will be freshly redecorated, with new flooring, shower and tiling. Can be furnished or unfurnished as required. Questions welcome as are viewings by appointment most of the week/weekends.
