Single short term furnished room to rent

Single furnished room to rent short term, single bed and mattress and all bedding inc double quilt. Chest of drawers and clothes rail included. Wall mounted TV in room.

Current tenant is WFH 34 year old woman. You are welcome into the living room by all means but please be considerate that this is where I work from, and where myself and the dogs spend most of our time.

2 small elderly resident dogs and 1 small/medium foster dog who will not be replaced when adopted.

House is currently up for sale, hence short term. The landlord will be giving me the standard 2 months notice when this happens but has no idea if this will be any time soon, could be here for 2 months, could be here for another year, so please be aware this is intended as a SHORT TERM situation. Because it is up for sale I will need to access the room to show to potential buyers, I will inform you of these as soon as I am told about them so that you're able to prepare as needed.

Rest of the house is a bathroom with shower over bath, kitchen has a standard fridge/freezer to share, includes washing machine and dishwasher. All cooking utensils included. Living room has 2 sofas and a TV. It is a gravel front garden which you can park in.

Council tax band C.

Rent includes all bills, you will need to buy your own food/toiletries.
