Single Room in Friendly Queer House in NR2

Hello!

We are two friends looking for a third housemate in our lovely home in NR2.

We are looking for someone who will fit in with the relaxed fun vibe of the house! We spend some evenings hanging out and would like someone who is up for socialising with us, though of course we have quiet times and our own lives outside of the house!

The house has a dining room, living room and a large garden, one bathroom. The house has 4 rooms but we keep one free for guests/laundry drying. The room available has a built-in bed (see pictures) and can come with a chest of drawers. Available from 1st August.

We have an elderly cat that we all care for, so we'd like someone who wouldn't mind feeding her once in a while. We are not allowed any other pets, unfortunately.

The rent for the room is £335, and bills come out at ~130-160 per month depending on usage. Deposit approx. £400 (to be discussed with agency).

We like to do our bit for the environment and use refill shops for communal goods like cleaning products, so someone who is willing to pitch in and is environmentally conscious would be ideal.

There is on-street parking available, a permit is required from the council and isn't super expensive and can help you with this!

Women, non-binary and trans people preferred, vegetarian preferred (we eat fish/meat very rarely), must be LGBT+ friendly.
