A double room is available for rent at £625pcm (bedding is not provided and floor standing clothes rail provided, not shown in pics).
All bills included and with shared use of the kitchen, utility space with washing machine, sitting room, dining room and garden.
You will have your own downstairs bathroom (apart from occasional visitors use). The home is shared with the owner. There is on street parking via a permit from the Council, which you would need to purchase if required.
I am working Mon-Thurs in an office and would like a house sharer who is also working non-remotely. This due to the high cost of heating the house during the winter months.
The house is a terraced property in Norwich, NR3, near Magdalen Road and is a 15 minute walk into the centre (Tombland).
The house is pet free. Vegetarian, Pescatarian, Vegan LGBTQ+ welcome.
