Hello! My name is Laura and I’m working full time Mon-Fri. I am looking for a female lodger for my spare bedroom.
The house: 2-bedroom terraced house on a quiet cul-de-sac in NR1. Less than a 10-minute walk from Norwich train station. I have the back bedroom with an ensuite, so you will have sole use of the ground-floor bathroom.
Downstairs there is also a lounge, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen. At the back, there is a small garden with a table and chairs which is lovely to sit out in during the summer.
The room: a homely, sunny double room with lots of natural light, a south-facing window. Double bed, brand new John Lewis mattress and pillows. Built-in wardrobe
Rent: the rent is £625 per calendar month (inclusive of some bills)
Bills included: Virgin high speed fibre broadband, TV licence, water
Bills excluded: gas & electric, council tax (Band A)
About you: I am looking for a female lodger who is also working full time. I am clean and tidy and would like to live with someone similar. The room is for single occupancy
