Hey, im a 41 year old looking to rent out my loft room. It is easily big enough for bed, desk, sofa etc and there is built in storage. Im not living there atm so photos are quite old. Can be furnished or unfurnished. There are two bathrooms in the property a nice kitchen, wood burner in dining room and cosy sitting room.
I am hardly ever home but my two daughters stay 2/3nights a week. They are good as gold thoufh and good fun (im biased I know!).
