Single room in NR2 - looking for 3rd housemate

Hi, we are two single, non-smokers looking for a third housemate as our current one is about to move out.

Its a furnished single room - all furniture pictured is included except over door mirror. (Previous tenant had a double bed in there but it was a squeeze.) Shared lounge has 3 sofas, there is a small kitchen, decently sized bathroom with bath and shower, back porch and small paved garden area. There is also a spare bedroom/office downstairs we use to work from home and occasionally host guests. The street has permit parking available and we don't have any pets but would be open to discussion. We are just off Unthank Road, within 5 min walk of co-op/tesco express and around 20 mins from city centre.

Rent and bills is around £530p/m currently but can fluctuate slightly throughout the year. We are open to students but would appreciate if you could contribute towards the council tax (we are band B).

A little bit about us :) We are Jess and Libby - we are both queer little nerds who enjoy video games, board games and books. We are both introverted and enjoy a night in but still tend to have a couple friends over at least once a week. Libby likes sewing, gardening and terrible puns, Jess likes horror movies and recently made the ill advised financial decision to get into Magic the Gathering. We are by no means neat freaks but we keep the house relatively tidy and would hope you would help chip in with weekly chores. We hope our new housemate could be someone we could be friends with :) Would prefer fellow girls, gays or theys but if we sound like your vibe then reach out!
