I am a social worker and work at county hall and generally in the house 6-9am and 6-9pm during the week, I'm up early and go to bed early. I am generally in and out of the house on weekends.
I have two cats, they are very friendly and like people so may want cuddles! I will occasionally have friends round on weekends but this is rare and I would let you know.
2 bedroom semi detached house with large consveratory with access to garden, full use of kitchen and living areas. Within walking distance of the city centre and theatres. Walking distance to aldi and Tesco and the lovely ketts heights offering a peaceful view of norwich. This will be shared lounge, consveratory, kitchen, bathroom and toilet.
Looking for short term tenants 1-2 months but if we get on happy to consider extending for a month or two. Looking for a professional who is friendly and has a similar schedule preferably. The house can get warm during heatwaves but fan is provided in the room. There will be heating (heat pump) in december but slippers are advised as the floors downstairs are cold!
The room will be available january-april 2027 with current flexibility around dates however I am not looking for a long term tennant so this would be 4-5 months max dependent on how things go.
