This is in a quirky old terraced house with many flaws , rather like myself. I am friendly ,& welcoming , I have 2 black cats that come & go as they please . So a professional ( preferably female) animal lover , is what I am looking for .
The house is a stones throw from the City centre , 10 minutes walk, close to lots of lovely parks and pubs . Train station & bus links nearby. Supermarkets , Corner shops all so close . No overnight guests permitted . The property is alarmed with CCTV . So very secure. A unique gem in the heart of our fine City .
