Looking for a uni house? all girls aged 19-22🤍

Me, my sister and my friend are looking for a house mate to fill the room pictured below.

We are looking for someone:

- any age (2 of us are going into second year and 1 going into masters)

- clean and tidy, respectful and friendly

- female only

The room / house is:

- 10-15 minute walk from campus

- 2-5 minute walk from convenience shops and bus stop

- 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 shower), big garden, living room, kitchen

- £425 a month

- room pictured already has a double bed, desk, wardrobe, shelving and large cork board. (message for pics of it decorated in 2 diff ways)

We are keen to find somebody and get to know them before moving in, ideal contract start date 27th July.
