Room avalable for house share in NR3

the room in question:

Looking for a new flatmate to split bills and rental costs with in this beautiful NR3 town house. It is an ex-AIrBnB and comes fully furnished. There are two bathrooms, so you will have one all to yourself. The room itself has a bed and chest of drawers already, and a sizeable cupboard/small wardrobe. The room is a good size and can easily fit your own desk if needed. The location is excellent, there are corner shops and a supermarket nearby and its only a 15 minute walk into central Norwich. The landlord is great and always responds promptly to problems that have arisen when we've encountered them. The flat is mostly furnished already (including appliances) but the room itself will come unfurnished.

I'm looking for someone to take my current housemate's place, as she is moving in with her boyfriend in early August, so ideally I need someone who can move in by then.

Living with me:
I am a game art lecturer at NUA and freelance artist/designer outside of that. I'm trans/genderfluid, so primarily I'd want someone who is comfortable with that, and potentially someone I could be mates with too. I love art, music, movies, video and board games.
