We are seeking a professional person(s) who will mix well with the current housemates, who are friendly, clean and tidy.

The house is a modern three storey property, with 3 WC’s, fully integrated kitchen and dining and TV area. All bills are included, including wireless internet, car parking space, garage, and a weekly cleaner. There is also a large garden equipped with seating, and a BBQ.

The property is situate in the NR3 area, and on a direct bus route into the city. There are also shops, cafe, and supermarket within a few minutes’ walk.

The rent is £675 for a single person, or £775 for a couple. A month’s rent would be required in advance, along with a Security Deposit of £675/775 , which will be held in accordance with the DPS.
