Lovely double room available in my home in NR1

Hey everyone! I’ve got a lovely double room available in my home in NR1 — it’s a short walk to the city centre, train station, Riverside, and really close to Mousehold Health so lots of green spaces on the doorstep

The room comes with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe, and the rent is £600 per month (bills not included).

You’d be sharing all the downstairs spaces with me — sitting room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom — plus there’s a nice garden out back! It’s not quite at its full potential yet, but I’d love to get it blooming with flowers and maybe a veggie patch 🌼🥕 (so if you’re a bit green-thumbed, even better!).

I’m looking for someone friendly, easy-going, and tidy — ideally someone who’s happy to have a chat and maybe hang out some evenings, but also respects each other space. Would be lovely to find a housemate I can get along with and occasionally do something fun together outside the house 😊
