2 double rooms available in student house!

Me (Alex) and my girlfriend (Georgia) have been living in this house (bills included) for 1-2 years and will both be going into our 3rd year of university.

For the smaller room, we can negotiate a cheaper price that will be split between the other tenants. So price disclosed on advert isn’t set in stone but won’t be far from the price listed.

We are looking for friendly and clean people to live with, we’re super friendly and easy people to get along with and will make you feel welcome. We’re inclusive to everyone :)

2 fridges, 1 freezer, a spacious garden with a nice bench/table, 1 upstairs bathroom and 1 downstairs toilet, nice spacious kitchen and a shared living room.

5-10 minute walk from the university, 20-30 minute walk from Aldi, 1 minute walk from Co-op.

Interests: I’m really into anime, gaming & going to the gym (cliche, I know). Georgia’s interests are arts & crafts, animation/anime/cartoons, collecting trinkets and cats 🐈
