Mon-Thurs let in heart of golden triangle

Monday - Thursday let only, otherwise very flexible. Stay for a week or long term, i don’t mind.

From September I leave my current job for graduate medicine at the UEA so a fellow med student is always great. Professionals welcome too! During the week it’s just me here, so I have loft bedroom available.

It would be suitable for a commuter or student- 25 mins walk from the uea with bus stop at the end of the road. On Unthank road and centre of the golden triangle.

The room has its own door and staircase which branches off the office. I’ve just fitted a new carpet runner and redecorated. All I ask is that you are respectful of my house and clean. If a smoker then outside only please :)

-parking (£1 a night scratch cards are available)
-bedding, towels, washing machine etc provided
-will supply a desk and clothes rail
-use of the house and garden
-lock box for keys and self check in

Must be small dog friendly as I dog sit from time to time, though they are very well behaved and sweet.
