ABOUT THE ROOM & HOUSE
The room is furnished with a double bed, rack for clothes and cube storage unit. Spacious shared living room with modern open kitchen, including dishwasher. A shared bathroom with bathtub, which will mostly be used by the lodger as I have an ensuite, although it is the bathroom for visits. Morning sun on the living room, afternoon and evening sun on the bedroom.

Calm neighborhood, with access to a shared green space. Lakenham way starts right behind the property, which is a nice path to walk along after work and get some fresh air.

ABOUT ME
I am Diana - 31 years old, she / her (woman), lecturer & researcher, Spanish, lesbian, chess player and live in landlord (to name a few things!). I have been living in Norwich for three years and in the UK for (almost) seven years. I live a calm life, and looking for a lodger that wants to enjoy some company in the house. I work mostly in the office from Tuesday to Fridays, and have Mondays free, so I do spend quite a bit of time at home that day. Outside of work I go to chess club once a week, I like hiking and the outdoors, I (try to) go to the gym and I love rollerblading, although the streets in Norwich are not best! I enjoy hosting friends at home every now and then for dinner and / or boardgames.

NOTE: I am out of the country until the 23rd of August. I am happy to call before then, but I will not be able to hold a viewing before that.
