We are looking for a new tenant at the property listed. We are mainly interested in someone who is a student as we all attend Norwich University of the Arts and it would be nice to live with someone who we could also be friends with. The room listed is the only downstairs bedroom and is also the largest in the house with a separate toilet to the upstairs one opposite the room. We all enjoy going out and being social, as well as going to the gym on a regular basis. We often use the living room communally and hang out with friends and enjoy the space.
