Ensuite king-size room in welcoming NR1 home

Hello!

I'm letting out my large ensuite spare room in my lovely 2-bed terraced home in the wonderful Thorpe Hamlet area of Norwich. The room features a king-size bed, wardrobe, smart TV, storage unit, desk and bedside cupboard.

It's a 10-minute walk from Norwich Station, Riverside retail/leisure area and bus stops with direct services to the city centre, UEA and the N&N hospital. The house is also a lovely 15/20 minute walk away from the city centre, taking in views of the river and Cathedral Close. If you're looking for a very well connected, yet quieter and greener corner of the city - this is a great spot to be in.

Use of the kitchen (hob/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, crockery/equipment) and dining room are included, as well as access to a washing machine, located in my downstairs bathroom. The ensuite bathroom includes a toilet, sink and shower over bath. You are also very welcome to make use of the garden.

I'm looking for a friendly, quieter, tidy young professional or mature/post grad student who is happy to largely keep themselves to themselves during the working week, but who I can get along with nicely and share the odd drink/coffee.
