We are looking for one more tenant to join as soon as possible. The house is so close to uni so you can get more sleep before lectures 😉. Rent is £420 per month whilst bills are to be confirmed (unihomes charged us £26 per week last year, but as we are not using them this year, bills should be cheaper depending on how often we use on utilities).
