The flat includes a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. The living room has a sofa, dining table and chairs, and useful storage. The kitchen has recently been updated and includes plenty of cupboard space, a large fridge and freezer, and a washing machine.

There is additional storage in the entrance hallway, and the flat has a lovely view of the Roman Catholic Cathedral.

Rent is £450 per month. Bills including water, internet and TV licence are usually £150 to £200.

You will be sharing with one organised, tidy and considerate housemate. I work full time in a local school and have lived here for four years. It is a great location and I am always happy to recommend good spots in the city. The tenancy is through a lettings agent, so we would be joint tenants.

Although I do not have pets, some neighbours have friendly cats who occasionally visit.
