Hi, I have a small double room available for a lodger/housemate. It's a terraced house in NR3, close to Silver Road, and with easy access to the city. I'm looking for someone who is easy- going, considerate, and who shares similar values to me ( you could say left- leaning, socially aware, prioritising equality, environmentalism and activism). This could suit a postgrad student who needs a calm, quiet environment, or someone who is working. It's not suitable for someone working from home. Bills are included with the exception of council tax which, unless you are exempt as a student, will be roughly £70 per month. I love cooking, and would be up for sharing meals at times (pescatarian/vegetarian). There's a cosy sofa space in the kitchen /dining room area and also a shared living room. If you think this sounds like a good fit for you, and you think you might be the perfect housemate for me, please message me with some info about yourself. Thanks, Kim
