I have a spacious, fully furnished double room in my two bed, two bathroom Victorian terrace. The room is spacious, bright, and comes fully furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables, chest of drawers and shelving. You’ll also have your own private bathroom downstairs with a bath and shower.

The house has a spacious living room with a working fireplace, a fully fitted kitchen/dining room, and front and back garden. The back garden needs a bit of love so isn't really used at the moment, but it's getting a makeover next year. A brand new kitchen and flooring will also be fitted in the next few months. You'll also be welcome to use all appliances and kitchenware, including the airfryer and coffee machine.

The location is amazing - there’s a coffee shop and pub 30 seconds away, Unthank Road and all its pubs, cafés and restaurants are a 2-minute walk, and the city centre is around a 15 minutes walk. On street permit parking is also available.

I’m 29 and very much a homebody - I love having a cosy, clean and peaceful home and spend quite a lot of my time here. I’m friendly and sociable and love the occasional pub trip or drink at the weekend, but I also really value my own space and downtime.

I’m looking for a full time working professional with a similar lifestyle - someone clean, tidy and respectful who wants the house to feel like a home rather than a typical house share. As I work from home, I'm looking for someone who works away from home rather than remotely. I’d love to live with someone I can have a chat or occasional drink with, but who’s equally independent and happy doing their own thing.
